A few years back I had the privilege of joining a group of woman to partake in a artistic journey. At the time I didn’t realize the extent of the blessing that this was going to be in my life. There were 5 of us that read “The Artists Way” as a group collectively.
With the basic principle being creative expression, the book leads us through a comprehensive twelve-week program to rediscover your creativity from identifying a variety of blocks. These include limiting beliefs, fear, self-sabotage, jealousy, guilt, addictions, and other inhibiting forces. the book guides us in learning how to replace these blocks with artistic confidence and productivity.
This Artists way links creativity to spirituality, by showing how to connect with the creative energies of the universe. The experience is so empowering and beautiful and at the same time deeply clear and productive.
We all have the need to feel creative, whatever that means to you in your world and whatever capacity. There are at times stumbling blocks and times where we don’t feel creative or just flat. I have been in a major creative block for sometime now and it’s incredibly difficult to pull yourself out of the abyss.
Thankfully, with the support of an amazing group of woman, we are going to forage through this creative journey again this time on unity and support of one another. I am beyond ecstatic to hone in on our collective creative juices and bring forward what is waiting to unfold..
