Truth be told, I am not much of a workout girl. I wish I loved to workout and thrived on the endorphin rush, but I just don’t. What I have realized is that it’s not that I don’t like working out it’s just that I don’t know how to workout. I need some hand holding and encouragement that I am getting it right.
Somehow, some way, as I dragged myself into the cult crazed SoulCycle, I quickly became a groupie. Yes, I drank the Kool-Aid, and it tastes amazing !! They have created a vortex of positivity, inspiration, and some other Juju, that make it the experience transformative. I left there feeling like Wonder Woman and Buddha combined. No joke.
As I continue to work out at my local SoulCycle, I continually leave the class feeling like I could conquer the world. ( Thank you Alli Forsythe) I feel like there is nothing too big or too small for me to handle; which leaves me so very grateful, and that is the greatest feeling of all. It’s so good for the soul.
So….if you’re in the need of feeling uplifted and inspired, head over to SoulCycle and I promise you will not be disappointed. You can thank me later. You might find me there in my cape !
